When Ben and I got married we decided that we would never use the word divorce. Out was not an option. Now after five years we still keep to our rule and when the relationship gets a little rocky or difficult we know that we are both committed for life and we will always work it out. This brings such stability and peace to our lives. But you know what? We have been so blessed with this way of thinking because of our parents. We have had such examples in both of our lives and for that we are so grateful! That is very uncommon in our culture! My (Angela’s) parents are celebrating their 30th weddig anniversary today and I want to dedicate this entry to them. We love you very much and we are so grateful for the wonderful parents you are, but we are also grateful for the relationship you have with each other that gives us a wonderful example to follow! We hope you have an absolutely wonderful day celebrating the gift of your relationship!
