Being away from home is always hard, but right now it is even harder. Mom Doerksen is going to be having a surgery tomorrow (Wednesday) and we wish we could be there with her to support her through this. The amazing thing is that she has so much support and love from the family and friends near her, so we take comfort in knowing that she is loved and cared for. The other amazing thing is that we can pray no matter where we are, and we know it makes a difference. We trust that God will take care of her throughout the surgery.
